1. Delegate Cancellations: Must be received not less than 14 calendar days before the event start date in writing to executive@botswanapensionsociety.co.bw or else the fee paid will be forfeited.
2. Delegate Substitutions: Provided that the fee has been paid in full, substitutions at no extra charge can be made within 14calendar days before the start date of the event. Please send any notifications for such changes to executive@botswanapensionsociety.co.bw .

Alterations to Advertised Conference Brochure / Information: While speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing, circumstances beyond the control of the organizers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of speakers and / or topics.
